On Saturday, had a sweet experience, where Vilma, the wife of a recent convert came in the lesson out of nowhere. We felt prompted to share the video of the first vison, and she goes, astounded, "No sabía que el tenía esta experiencia" THE SPIRIT FLOODED THE ROOM!!!! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Sorry, I have a lot of energy this week. My comp Elder Garcia is a fireball, ready to work. I'm super excited for what the future holds!!
ES DEMASIADO LARGO ESTA CARTA, PERO LA ESCRIBO IGUAL!!!!!
As I read this week, the prayer of Alma in Alma 31:26-35, it stood out to me, as he prays they will have the ability and strength to bear the afflictions that will be brought upon them by those who had rejected God. It is not always the case, but many times, consequences of the actions of someone else, will fall upon us, because we involve ourselves. I'm not saying that we don't involved ourselves, always strive to help others, as that will change you, but what called my attention is found in Alma 31:38, where their afflictions were swallowed up in the joy of Christ. Seeing the effects of the atonement in our lives and the lives of someone else, will instantly change our attitude and thoughts towards someone else. I invite you to ponder how you can make an impact in someone else's life this week, miracles will happen, I promise
