Well everyone, what a time!! This week, we're trying to clean up our area, but we finally got to enter the villa, villa of our area. It wasn't as dangerous as everyone said it was, lol Highlights of the week: -Had an intercambio with Elder Guanilo, almost went in the most dangerous villa in our mission (don't worry, we didn't go in) -Saw Eugenia, a recent convert of one my companions that loves me, I got to see her, it was so awesome! -WENT BACK TO GUERNICA!!!!! LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!!! We took a remis and got to the train in Lomas de Zamora and then ended up in Guernica. Was super fun, and we had to get up at 3 am to fill up the font, and what tends to happen on exchanges is you end up talking for a while. So, we ended up not sleeping until 3 am, then we went to the church and got everything ready, and Andres got baptized at 8 am!!!! -We had an asado with the llanos rodriguez family, and they gave me a magnet and a river mug, I absolutely love Guernica, then we took an ...

Well howdy everyone! I didn't see ya there, wow, man, I crack myself up! In honor of all the dad's, here's a sad joke to start us off: Why couldn't you hear the Pterodactyl go to the bathroom??? BECAUSE THE P IS SILENT, BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! LOVE YOU DAD!! YOU ARE THE FREAKING GREATEST!! (I'm snapping my fingers just like you taught me) Well, this week was actually amazing everyone!! So we've been finding, teaching, all that good stuff! Also, I'm getting pretty good at pickle ball, so in 14 months, bring it on, I'm going to go destroy out in those tourneys, hehehehe! I wanted to focus on 2 things that happened this week, that shows that as missionaries and as people in general, we are put in people's lives, for a reason! So to start the week, we were calling through Area book and called a woman named Sandy. She absolutely adores the missionaries. Her sister Sharon was also on the phone, but was super stressed out. Her garage had flooded, she lived a...

Sorry, needed to throw some random phrases out there, for that reason people say I'm overally animated.  Well, it was a short week, but way too much happened. We hit wendesday, our last preparation day, and then randomly wednesday night our assistants called, here is our wonderful conversation (we thought they were calling to bajar la caña as assistants do) but  Elder Borgogno, "Hola masterrss, como estan” Nosotros, "de diez, y ustedes?” Elder Borgogno, "Muy bien. Elder Bennett, Hermana Fernandez me contó que usted se sintía mal” Yo, "nada que ver, me siento de diez” Elder Borgogno, "Asi, tiene que ver si panza de nuevo, porque VA A TENER UN BEBE” Nosotros, "sonidos de grillos... como?” Elder Borgogno, "VA A ESTAR ENTRENANDO” and that is how I was told that I was pregnant,  what an amazing story, I'm...

adventures in lockdown and water

Well everyone, twas a week in lockdown, but in the end, everything was okay. I'm definitely not one to be inside, so I set up a lot of book of mormon deliveries.  BUT HIGHLIGHT OF THESE 10 DAYS!! OUR FRIEND JONATAN GOT BAPTIZED!! HE OVERCAME ADDICTION, AND SO MANY OTHER TRIALS IN HIS PATH!! AND THE DAY AFTER HIS BAPTISM, HIS MOM CALLED HIM, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO MAKE UP, AND HE "RANDOMLY" RECEIVED CALLS ASKING TO BUY FROM HIM AFTER 2 WEEKS OF SELLING NOTHING (we promised him both things would happen, we are representatives of Jesus Christ, I know that without a doubt in my mind) AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, I LOVE JONATAN!!! Throughout the week, I felt the impression to go visit our friend Gabi, we went on a big long search, since the address was wrong, and in the end, we didn't find her, but we were able to give away a book of mormon to her sobrina, someone who had helped us in the search. Impressions don't make a lot of sense, and the outcome isn'...
