Semana 4 en Tampa! Felizes dia del Padre!

Well howdy everyone! I didn't see ya there, wow, man, I crack myself up! In honor of all the dad's, here's a sad joke to start us off

Why couldn't you hear the Pterodactyl go to the bathroom???

BECAUSE THE P IS SILENT, BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

LOVE YOU DAD!! YOU ARE THE FREAKING GREATEST!! (I'm snapping my fingers just like you taught me)

Well, this week was actually amazing everyone!! So we've been finding, teaching, all that good stuff! Also, I'm getting pretty good at pickle ball, so in 14 months, bring it on, I'm going to go destroy out in those tourneys, hehehehe!

I wanted to focus on 2 things that happened this week, that shows that as missionaries and as people in general, we are put in people's lives, for a reason!

So to start the week, we were calling through Area book and called a woman named Sandy. She absolutely adores the missionaries. Her sister Sharon was also on the phone, but was super stressed out. Her garage had flooded, she lived alone and had just moved back to Florida, and so knew nobody (she's 65) so we offered to help her out! On wednesday we had some sweet service with her and she was in tears, talking about how stressed she was and then we popped up out of nowhere!

Then right after that whole thang, comes our Bill carpenter experience (if you have not heard or read his conversion story talk, go do that, like, right now) but Martha calls us, and tell us about a miracle she had felt. She had been struggling paying attention to the Book of Mormon videos (we told her to listen to them, since her eyesight is to bad, she can't read) but she had a feeling to open the Book of Mormon and put in on her lap. She then says that at that moment, all the words on the page became clear, and she just started reading! Her Catarax no longer bothered her, and she had never been happier! Faith truly is a funny thing and is very easy to doubt, but with perfect faith and with a pure heart, GOD WILL BLESS YOU!! Both Sharon and Martha saw that this week!

So yeah, that was pretty wild. Had an exchange, where a toilet got destroyed right before I got there, so the apartment was flooded and we had to stay the night at some other Elders (don't worry, not the toilet from our apartment)

Also, we got transfer calls! We're getting a reassigned missionary on Wednesday! TRIO LIFE, WOOOOOOOOOOO!

Romans 5:11-15 states that, because Adam and Eve fell, we all became subject to pain, and to sin, but through the FREE gift of the sacrifice of Christ, we can find true, and everlasting joy on this earth! That does not mean you need to fake a smile 24/7, but it means you can experience comfort and love, no matter where you are in life! This is especially necessary right now, with the world full anxiety, and confusion! The protests show that the world has seen that it needs change! I love the movement and it truly shows that we are seeing others how Christ sees them, to be built up, and to not put them down FOR THINGS SUCH AS RACE, GENDER, AND SEXUALITY! 2 nephi 26:33!!

Love and miss you guys!!!
