It's wedding season
I am so bad at writing every day now, but what can ya do, MISSIONARY GRIND. The week twas swell, twas good fellas!
I'm still going ham in soccer, this gringo can play, and then ate a butt ton of ice cream (I would not recommend eating a butt ton, oh man, doesn't make the stomach happy) and we got John 8:12 in espanol!
Well there was a hecking giant storm, I swear there was a lightning strike right next to our casa! LUCAS IS A CAPO! Flipping beast, el quiere aprender de Dios! We met with Florencia (I think she's weirded out I can speak to her, unlike my first transfer, lol) And with good ol Jorge. He wants to be an example for his family, and wants to change, more than anything! Memorized John 15:12!!
Wednesday, not much happened. Good ol Familia Canete, I love them, and they really, really like to talk, so we were at lunch for a fat minute. Did sing poisoning pigeons in the park while walking, that twas fun. JOHN 15:12 IN ESPANOL! LOVE THE PEOPLE, AS CHRIST WOULD LOVE THEM!!
PEOPLES!!! WE GOT TO GO TO A WEDDING, SHARE A SPIRITUAL MESSAGE, AND BLESS THE FAM (Oracion, todo bien fellas) Tried to teach english, we ended up learning more spanish, whoops. Alma 37:35 in ingles!
Friday, grinding! We met Noelia! Her life has been hecking hard, but sees hope through the gospel of Jesus Christ! She's quiet, but super nice! Taught Florencia, and she told us that she had asked testigos de Jehovah to come talk to her. They showed up during our prayer, and despues, se fueron. WE SCARED OFF THE TESTIGOS, WOOOOOOO! Alma 37:35 in espanol! And listened to Ammon by stallion cornell, definitely worth the listen :)
Well, today was us running around our whole area, helping a family build their house, and having citas in cada parte de nuestro area. Ohmyheck, we were cranking. Good ol Luke 6:37 (do not judge, but instead, forgive others)
Well, our Sunday was trying to explain the Mormon was not a tribe of people. We taught a huge family, but they kept asking where mormon was in the bible. We're going back on wednesday, LET'S GET READY TO RUMBBLLEEEEEE! Cooked good ol lemon squares, new and improved! And memorized Luke 6:37 in espanol while listening to a talk by Hank Smith. EVERYONE, when you study the scriptures, do not just read, but find principles, and apply them. To a situation, or just to become more like Christ. We cannot just read, but we must read, learn, and apply the gospel in our lives!
