NEW COMP, A CHEF, WHAT A GUY
Well, we on to the next transfer. Guys, I TOOK A NAP!!! That was such a good feeling. Then Elder Allen got here. A beast from Heber City, Utah! He has just over 9 months in the mission! Went ham after Cyber and found some good ol nuevos! We going good fellas. DC 1:32 in espanol to start the week!
First full day of working with Allen! And you know, it´s a lot of fun working with someone who WANTS to be here! We cranked out the day, some beast lessons, and he told me some wild stories from his areas. Just felt like a fun day! Memorized John 17:3 in ingles :)
Well, some dude gave me eggs for preaching the gospel to him, I love Argentina! A dog followed us for 5 blocks, I named him Tom (yes, I am very white) and had an AMAZING LESSON WITH GRACIELA! She truly feels the spirit in her life when she reads and prays (everyone pray for her!) She deserves everything, but has so little, I feel so bad :((I´m gonna do my best to help her in everyway) Had choir practice for the ward, lol. Memorized John 17:3 in spanish, and me and Allen sang in elvis voices to end the night!
Well, had our special district meeting with Presidente Fernandez, good times. Worked in Rayo de Sol, and to end the night, had a dude who was drunk follow us to the bus stop, always a wild time. Friday, good ol rain, I LOVE THE RAIN!! So practiced our skit we have to do for christmas (yes, yes we do) but the afternoon was cool. Talked to a lady who started balling when we talked about the resurrection because her daughter passed away 2 years ago, made my heart hurt for her. Brought water and oranges to Graciela, and talked to some drunk dude, who thinks missionaries are spies in order to infiltrate another country. Finished the night teaching Mariano! What a guy, and I flipping love him. Memorized John 1:5 in english and Spanish =)
So, me and Allen are really good at finding single dudes, who live alone. It´s a gift. But found Marcelo, beast. Taught Virginia (who cried during the first lesson) SHE WAS SO DIFFERENT, just a different light, and brought her granddaughter (the daughter of the mom who died) and both cried during the lesson. I love them. Balled up with some chicos before the baptisms of Rose and Gallardo, and memorized Alma 7:11 in ingles!
Well, no one came to church fellas. Went and looked for a ton of people, but unfortunately, nadia queria ir a la iglesia :). But, sang in the stake choir(and the ward choir)at night, beast performance, I´m awful at singing though, lol. WE BAKED BANANA BREAD!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Memorized Alma 7:11 in espanol to end the week.
