21st birthday party y'all

So, my week has been pretty dang amazing, I gotta say y'all, it was good.
So literally right at the end of our p-day, we had a huge testimony meeting with our district for study time. The spirit was so strong there, we definitely got some criers, but I love my district man, they're the flipping best. My roommates all think I'm in love with hermana cottrall but it's just because I'm actually nice to her, lol.

We added some more decorations to our room. A plastic red christmas tree, an evacuation sign, and a floppy disk that we all signed. Our room is amazing, but the cleaning lady said it was too dirty, and the spirit couldn't dwell in there. I would disagree. That's where I do my best studying. Sam and I have both made a goal to memorize a scripture a day. So I have Moroni 10:3-5, Ether 12:27, 2 Nephi 26:33, Alma 32:21, and 2nd Nephi 2:25 in Spanish. I only started a couple days ago, but it drains my brain

We had a devotional this week, with 2 members of the seventy. It was all about obedience. Definitely an important thing. They were way good, but most important of all. I WENT ON A RUN THIS WEEK!!!! I ran with a corner runner, Elder Oldham is a beast, he's about as fast as me (but my track times are faster, hehe) but jk, that's not the most important thing, I was just so hyped about running.

We got everyone in my room to go to the choir. My angelic chords could be shared with the world. Except the next day at the actual devotional, we were sitting down, and Elder Blackham, refused to sit by us. And then someone asked if we were in his district (it was all the guys from my room, and Elder Oldham) and blackham goes, "unfortunately yes" I'm trying my best with him. I think he likes me, but he absolutely despises my roommates. He's a funny dude

And then YESTERDAY WAS MY ROOMMATES 21ST BIRTHDAY!!! We had quite possibly the biggest party we could throw at the mtc. Our house used over 1000 pesos to stock up candy, and jumex, and soda. We had so much food. We played jumex cup pong, and then we had a couple people chug a full can of jumex. We had a huge giant drawing on the white board. We are officially the party house, lol. I love our district, we just tried to make my companion's birthday as big as it could.

Spiritual thought: Adam fell that men might be;  and men are that they might have joy. We are on this life to have joy ladies and gents. So even during times of struggles, whether it be big trials in your life, or something small like trying to learn a language, god will help you have joy. Because we are here to have joy.

CCM is fun, but boring. I'm pretty good at translating Spanish from natives. Not nearly as good as speaking. Love everyone, GOSPEL IS TRUE!!

I MISSED LAST WEEK

Sorry everyone, last preparation day was interesting, so didn't have much time to do anything, lol, but life is good in Argentina ladies and gentlefolks I got to do a baptismal interview of Elizabeth leteno, from laferrere. That was humbling and powerful, to see the hope that the gospel has brought to her life, and I got to go to her baptism and help the Lafe Elderes!  We had a good ol tormenta blanca en nuestro area. Se explotó la carpeta de area.  HAD INTERVIEWS WITH PRESIDENT!!!! Haven't had that happen since I got here, so it was good to talk to him. He was super rushed, so we didnt get a ton of time to talk, but a SPIRITUAL GIANT Presidente Fernandez THEN WE GOT TO DO AN INTERCAMBIO WITH MY HERO ELDER THOMAS!!! I FETCHING LOVE HIM! HE'S SUCH A BEAST!!!! We went and visited some people he had taught in the area, and blew up every colectivo that we went in.  On monday, DISTRICT ACTIVITY!!! HOPPY PASCUAS A TODOS QUE LEEN ESTA CARTA Y LOS DEMAS!!! ESPERO QUE DISFRTUARAN SU FIN DE SEMANA CON LOS PROFETAS Y APOSTOLES!!!!! This week was definitely was an interesting one, where do I start We had interviews this week, but my companion and I didn't get them, because we had to go to Glew for a stake meeting, and the Elders before us went too long. So instead we did some roleplays of the restoration of the gospel, and then the assistants drove us to Glew, where we listened to a big ol stake meeting. We then spent the night with the Glew Elders, ELDER SOSA Y ELDER BLACKHAM!!!!  We had our first english class this week, so that was exciting. I got to teach english to all the people in my district, so that's an exciting time. Let me tell ya, I do not know how to teach english. I'll do my best. TAMPA ONLY TAKES DUBS

 TAMPA BUCS FOR THE W!! ROAD TO SUPER BOWL LV!!! EVERYONE CHEER FOR THE BUCS BECAUSE I AM CURRENTLY LIVING 15 MINUTES FROM STADIUM, WOOOOOOOOO!!!! Hope that caught everyone's attention, but this week was absolutely awesome!  We had some awesome lessons with our friends Tin and Ani! We put both of them on date, and both are loving the book of mormon and got permission from their parents, MIRACLES!!!! AND BOTH OF THEM CAME TO CHURCH, YEEEEEEHAAAAAWWW!!! We had zone conference, and it was powerful! Elder Thacker and I gave a training on being a 'Preach My Gospel' missionary. I loved it! Then President spoke all about the atonement, because that is our central doctrine. EVERYTHING revolves around the atonement, without it, we are lost in our fallen and mortal state.  WE HAD AN AWESOME LESSON WITH ERIC!!
